The following is a list of the initial paperwork needed in our office BEFORE arriving to finalize a lease:
1. Completed application.
2. Inquiry to previous employers signed at X.
3. Copies of drivers license, social security card, medical card & long form medical.
4. Copy of 2290.
5. Copy of title (front and back).
6. Texas inspection required on all units being leased (Unit has to have been inspected within the past 72 hours) & VIN verification green slip if not a Texas title.
7. Original weight ticket.
8. Proof of bobtail insurance (naming Booker Transportation Services, Inc. as an additional insured).
9. Results from a completed drug test.
10. Activated nationwide cell phone.
